With over two decades of experience across operations, growth, and leadership, I bring a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges. My background is deeply rooted in client solutions, marketing, analytics, business development, strategy, and sales—often earning me the reputation of a “Swiss Army Knife” for organizations navigating growth and change.

This combination of commercial and operational experience allows me to step in as a fractional COO—helping organizations identify what’s holding them back, prioritize what matters most, and execute with clarity.
